Enri Mars hand-cast this signet ring in Imola, Italy using traditional lost-wax technique, then worked the 925 sterling silver frame by hand until its surface carried the marks of its own making. Scratches, pits, and shallow craters accumulate across the metal like geological records pressed into stone. The brushed matte finish refuses polish. Against this eroded landscape, the rectangular onyx sits flush and impossibly smooth -- a dark window cut into rough terrain.

Pick it up and feel the weight first. Then run a thumb across the frame and register the texture -- ridges and valleys where tools carved meaning into metal. The onyx is cold and glassy under the fingertip, a contrast so sharp it reads as two different centuries meeting on the same hand.
