Shipping methods and shipping fees
On the INN7 website, all deliveries are free of charge , and are carried out through an external courier company throughout the country.

• Delivery from today to tomorrow for Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and Givatayim (orders received by 12:00).
• Deliveries to other areas will arrive within 1-3 business days.

If you would like to receive the delivery to your workplace, please specify the name and business details in the shipping notes when ordering.

Exchanges and returns
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the cancellation terms on the site.

Products purchased on the site can be returned at INN7 stores. You must arrive at the branch with the invoice received upon delivery after completing the purchase of the product.

To arrange for product pickup via courier, please contact our customer service.
In the event of an error in the order on the part of the company, the shipment will be replaced in the same manner in which the original order was delivered (pickup/delivery).

Return and Exchange Policy
If you send a package to our offices without first contacting customer service, the package may not be received and may be returned to the sender.

• Items can be returned up to 14 calendar days.
• Items returned to us will be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, or damaged.
• The merchandise must be returned with the original label. If the label is damaged for any reason, the refund may be delayed or canceled.
• The footwear must be returned in the original box it was shipped in. If it is returned in a non-original box, the customer will be responsible for the difference.
• Return and shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
