Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the cancellation terms on the site. Products purchased at INN7 branches can also be returned, along with the invoice received upon delivery.
Important conditions for returns:
- Items will be accepted if they have not been used beyond being measured, and they will be returned in new condition with the original label and in the original box (with shoes).
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, except in cases where there is an error on our part.
- Items purchased at the end of a season or on a final sale cannot be returned or refunded, except in special cases at our discretion.
